Literacy Programs for Family:

• Pre-K Story Time: October 2nd and 16th at 10:30 AM
• Story Book Pumpkin Patch Activity-October 4th-Parents will visit the library to pick up their pumpkin. They will return the pumpkin by October 17th. There will be a Pumpkin Patch Photo Op on October 18th. Story Time will take place on October 18th at 1 PM.
• Teen Book Bash: October 1st at 4 PM (Preregistration)

Hispanic Heritage Month:

• Hispanic Heritage Bingo-Patrons cross off any activities they have eaten, visited, or participated. Bingo cards will be returned and placed into a drawing for a certificate to a Spanish restaurant.

Space Week:

• October 4th-10th: theme is Space and Entrepreneurship

TeenTober:

• TeenTober Book Cover Contest-Design the cover of your favorite book on an 8x11 piece of paper and return by October 31st. (For Teens in grades 7-12)-Chance to win a Chick-Fil-A gift card
• TeenTober Book Bags-October 16th-Books in multiple genres with Halloween treats
• Literacy-Genre Discovery-Scan the QR Code of Young Adult Books.
• Get Creative with Pancit Noodles available while supplies last-October 8th
• Technology-Create a video clip! You may recreate a scene, draw, or create a dish based upon your favorite book or use your favorite book as inspiration. Send to robinsbaselibrary@gmail.com. Enter drawing for a Target gift card-October 30th

Halloween Festivities:

• Guess How Many Candy Jar Drawing-October 28th at 10 AM
• Halloween STEM Experiments Kits while supplies last-October 28th
• Halloween Crafts while supplies last-October 31st

Pre-K Story Time: The library will be hosting story times every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 10:30 AM. A story and craft will be provided. (This program will pause during the summer months as our Summer Reading Program takes place.)

1000 Books Before Kindergarten: Enroll your child(ren) to begin logging how many books your child(ren) read. Every 100 books read will earn a prize until 1,000!

Family Craft Day: Stop by the library to pick up a craft to do every 3rd Saturday of the month.

Teen Book Bash: The library invites all preteens & teens to join us for book-talk and crafting.

Summer Reading Program: Dates, events, and prizes will be announced ahead of the program. Log your reading and participate in virtual activities. Earn rewards.

Robins Reads 100 Pages Book Club: The library encourages adults to join in and discover their love of reading!
