First Term Enlisted Course (FTEC) – This course provides a structured first duty station professional development program, designed to transition junior enlisted from a training mindset to the mission-oriented environment. FTEC reinforces lessons learned in basic military training and technical training to prepare junior enlisted for their role in supporting the mission. The course also provides members a unique opportunity to further develop their warrior ethos and continued expeditionary mindset. All first term members must attend FTEC within 45 days of arrival to first duty station.
Flight Leader Course (FLC) - This course covers Flight Commander and Flight Chief positions. It will provide attendees with the knowledge and tools required to successfully fill these roles. Attendees are led through guided discussions and receive briefings from functional experts on specific topics. By course conclusion attendees are equipped with the foundational knowledge of the role and responsibilities required to step into a Flight Commander and/or Flight Chief role.
NCO PES - NCO Professional Enhancement Seminar - This seminar is designed to augment, not replace, information taught in basic military training, technical training, ancillary training, Airman Leadership School, job experience, and Air Force Handbook 1, The Airman Handbook. The course is designed for noncommissioned officers who completed Airman Leadership School and who have not yet attended the Noncommissioned Officer Academy.
Lieutenants Course (LT Crs) - This 3-day course focuses on various topics to include emotional intelligence, performance reports, supervising enlisted, and senior leader mentorship to help set our newest officers up for success.
SEL - Senior Enlisted Leader Course This course is intended for Airmen and Guardians who are preparing to be new Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL). It will provide members with the knowledge and tools required to successfully fill a SEL position. Attendees are led through guided discussions and receive briefings from functional experts on specific topics. By course conclusion attendees are equipped with the foundational knowledge of the role and responsibilities required to step into a Squadron SEL position.
SNCO PES - SNCO Professional Enhancement Seminar - This seminar is designed to augment, not replace, information taught in basic military training, technical training, ancillary training, enlisted professional military education, job experience and Air Force Handbook 1. This seminar is designed to provide newly selected master sergeants with an in-depth view of their increased supervisory, leadership, and managerial responsibilities, to assist them in making a successful transition to senior noncommissioned officer. This course is intended for MSgt-selects prior to actual promotion date, but no later than one year after actual promotion date
