All of our event and program registrations are handled through LibCal. The website will ask you for a name, email, and phone number and send you a confirmation of your reservation. If you encounter any problems during the registration process, please contact us and we will get it sorted for you!
All events require registration due to limits on space and supplies. Registration opens 7 days prior to the event. All events are first come - first served. A wait list could be available for some events. Walk-ins may be possible, but are not guaranteed and reservations will always take precedence - please register if you can! If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation. Repeated failure to cancel without notice may result in a denial of future reservations.
After registering for an event or signing up for the waiting list, patrons will receive a confirmation email. That email will contain a link that will allow them to cancel their registration online - if you run into any issues, send us a message or call (452-6203) to cancel and we'll do it manually on our end!
